Bywater PSCM is a specialist, UK based, training and consultancy business supporting the development and enhancement of our clients’ commercial capabilities. We enjoy an established reputation in procurement, supply chain management, contract management and sell-side commercial activities with our valued client base across both the private and public sectors.

Our approach at Bywater PSCM to supporting improvement in commercial practice has evolved over many years of working with clients providing us with insight to the challenges and key drivers of successful organisational, team and individual commercial practice. This understanding has led us to offer consultancy and training services specifically aimed at commercial policy and process improvement, commercial competency assessment and measurement, and staff commercial skills development, tailored to address client specific challenges and objectives.
