Iain Cameron (BA, MBA, MCIPS, CMILT)
Iain is a co-founder and Director of Bywater PSCM with over 25 years procurement and supply chain experience. His operational experience includes senior supply chain and procurement management roles in EMEA and Asia where he was typically involved in new supply chain and process design. Iain has over 10 years commercial consulting and training experience across Defence, Oil and Gas, Automotive and Public sectors and is passionate about continually improving the design and delivery of our training to make it engaging, meaningful and relevant for clients.
Robin Hatcher (BSc, MBA, IACCM, ACIPS)
Robin is a co-founder and Director of Bywater PSCM with over 30 years procurement and supply chain consultancy and training experience. His operational experience includes senior manufacturing operations and procurement roles in the UK Food and Drinks sector where he gained significant experience of delivering sourcing and supply chain benefits through mergers and acquisitions. Robin has over 15 years commercial consulting and training experience across food and drinks, consulting, oil and gas, transport, water/utilities, defence, central and local government sectors. He is keen to raise the profile of contract management as a real source of added value to Bywater PSCM clients.
Richard Anstis (MSc, FCIPS, FCIEA, MITOL, MILT, ACIPD)
Richard is a key member of our delivery team with 30 years of experience in buying goods and services, particularly IT in both the public and private sectors. He is a widely recognised expert in procurement and supply having been a Senior Lecturer in Procurement at The National School of Government for 10 years and very active with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) as a trainer, Member of Congress and Secretary of the CIPS Surrey Branch. Richard has a very broad procurement knowledge base but is our lead when it comes to public sector procurement.
Alison Partington (BA)
Alison has over 30 years commercial management experience, mainly in the Defence and Aerospace sectors where she held various senior Commercial management positions. She has since developed considerable experience across a range of sectors in supporting business development, the preparation of tender responses, agreements and contracts and providing legal advice relating to disputes. Alison has a broad range of commercial knowledge and is our lead when it comes to the Defence Sector, sell-side commercial lifecycle and contract / legal subject areas.
Sandra Hatfield (MCIPS)
Sandra has over 20 years procurement and supply chain management, training and coaching experience. She has considerable private and public sector experience in commercial training having worked closely with the MoD and a variety of Defence sector suppliers with whom she has led industry award winning commercial skills development programmes. Sandra has a special interest in contracting methodologies and strategies, as well as commercial “soft skills” coaching and training.
Brian Woodall (BA, FCIPD, ACIPS)
Brian is an experienced organisational development consultant with an excellent track record in business leadership, consultancy, training and business development. His career has included senior line management experience in public, private and not-for-profit sectors where he demonstrated commitment to maximising and aligning individual and team contributions for the achievement of organisational outcomes. Brian is a firm believer in achievement orientated, practical, pragmatic approaches to leadership which are reflected in his approach to consulting and training in commercial skills, leadership and negotiation.
Noreen Guy (MBA)
Noreen is an experienced commercial consultant with expertise in Energy Strategy, Procurement, Markets, Consulting and Training. Following a distinguished senior line management career in procurement and supply chain in the drinks industry she has built a strong track record of successfully leading complex and innovative commercial and operational projects as a consultant. Noreen’s expertise in energy markets and energy procurement strategy development is second to none.
The Bywater PSCM Associate Network currently consists of over 30 commercial consultants each with their own specialist sector and subject matter expertise. However, we recognise that our reputation in commercial consulting and training is dependent upon us being able to continue to offer best practice, niche capabilities and new solutions for our clients.
